Event Planning
AYS Consulting will handle all aspects of planning your event including
the logistics of arranging for locations, travel, photographers, press,
invitations and all the other details that go into a successful event.
We can execute your next event locally or in any city throughout the country.
Event Marketing
We help you through all the relationships and sales details that are needed
for a successful event. We are your representatives on the ground and
perform all the advance work needed. Just like the president’s advance
team “you have people” dedicated to making sure every detail
and marketing opportunity is used to the fullest.
Public Relations
We are your publicists to get the word out about your business, your product
and your clients through our network of press and business contacts throughout
the Capital District and our strategic partnerships with the travel and
hospitality industry.
What makes us different is our dedication to you the client and to provide
the best services affordably and to perform the work needed as employees
of your business to make it all work. Consulting services are purchased
as blocks of hours depending on how much work is needed. You only pay
for the hours used and we design the budgets ahead of time so you can
approve each phase of the project. This is very valuable because you will
never be surprised and know exactly what to budget for.

$100 per hr., 4 hour block $380, 8 hour block $720, 15 hour block $1275
Home Computer Repair (includes travel
