At Your Service threeyears ago in response to the need for new and unique
personal and professional assistance in our region. We work with many busy
families and companies every day who just need a little assistance.
Our goal is to make a person’s valuable free time fuller and reduce the stress that comes with juggling personal and professional life. Whether it’s taking the family pet to the groomer, making travel arrangements, picking up the dry cleaning, or grocery shopping, no task is too mundane for At Your Service. We do it all with ease and efficiency taking the worry out of “How am I going to get all these things done?”

Consulting, fulfills an important niche with small businesses by providing
affordable services including, IT service, website design, website optimization,
marketing, new product research and general business consulting.

is on call virtually 24/7, great customer service is the backbone of
the company, especially because of the personal nature of the concierge
business. It is At Your Service’s goal to make each client feel

Community Focused:
Pam Howard has had a 20+ year career in the non-profit sector, and she knows that giving back to the community is an important and integral part of doing business. Pam and Michael Howard currently serve on the planning committee for Taste of Compassion, an annual fundraiser for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. In 2007, At Your Service was the sponsor of the wine glass event favor. Pam is serving as a co-chair of the event for 2009.
Pam is very involved with the Albany-Colonie Regional Chamber of Commerce serving as the Chair of the Small Business Council for 2009, and is also a member of the Board of Directors. Michael Howard served as an executive Mentor for the Albany-Colonie Regional Chamber in the 2007/08 season.
